Definitions
- Convenience Partner (CP): A trained individual providing virtual assistant services on behalf of Convitto.
- Client: The person or entity subscribing to Convitto’s services
- Third Party: Any individual or organization not directly associated with
Content Restrictions
- Clients are strictly prohibited from requesting the CP to create, share, or access any content that is absurd, inappropriate, or unethical.
- Any such request will be considered a violation of service
Responsibility for Personal Data
- If a client shares personal or sensitive information with the CP, whether intentionally or accidentally, the client assumes full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
- The CP will not be held liable under any circumstances for such
Call Limitations and Communication Channels
- To ensure efficient communication, clients may engage in a maximum of four calls per hour with the CP.
- Each call should not exceed 15
- The CP may use WhatsApp Calling or alternative communication platforms to prevent overload on a single application.
Research and Information Accuracy
- For research-based tasks, the CP may share the source of information with the client.
- Refer to General Liability Clause below for any misinformation originating from third-party sources.
Property-Related Recommendations
- If the CP provides property or real estate suggestions and the client proceeds with any transactions, the CP will not be held accountable for fraud, disputes, or related issues.
Time Zone Compliance
- All services provided by the CP will follow Indian Standard Time (IST), regardless of the client’s location.
Language of Communication
- The CP will communicate only in Hindi or
- If a client uses regional languages or a mix of languages that leads to misunderstanding or errors, the CP will not be held responsible.
- If a person the CP is asked to contact cannot speak Hindi or English, the CP may decline the communication.
Task Timing and Deadlines
- If a task is assigned at a time that does not allow for its completion within the CP’s working hours, the CP will inform the client of the estimated completion

Client Satisfaction Process
- If a client is dissatisfied with the CP’s work, the CP will clarify any challenges or issues.
- If unresolved, the CP will draft an email on behalf of the client and forward it to Virtual Convitto Support for further review.
WhatsApp Read Receipts
- Clients are required to enable read receipts (blue ticks) on WhatsApp to ensure clear communication and task tracking.
Spending Limits and Financial Responsibility
- If the client provides a budget for daily expenditures, the CP reserves the right to decline orders that exceed the stated budget.
Order and Delivery Disclaimer
- The CP will not be responsible for fake or counterfeit branded items ordered at the client’s request.
- The CP is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party vendors or
- The CP will not be held responsible for health issues arising from medicine orders; clients must verify medical details themselves.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for delivery failures, incorrect orders, or the unsuccessful application of promo codes entered by the client.
- Misconduct or unprofessional behavior by delivery personnel is outside the CP’s responsibility.
- The CP will not be liable for food spillage, late deliveries, or any time-based guarantees (e.g., Domino’s 30-minute delivery promises).
- If brands issue credits (instead of offering free items), the CP will notify the client about the expiry of such credits but is not responsible if the client fails to use them in time.
- If the client repeatedly fails to accept orders, resulting in account suspension or bans, the CP will not be liable.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for tampered packaging, perceived quantity shortages, or any fraudulent refund attempts by the client.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for orders involving alcohol for minors or illegal/restricted substances.
- The CP will not be liable for incidents involving delivery agents causing damage, mess, or theft at the client’s premises.
- The CP is not accountable for missing specific instructions such as dietary
Quick Order Feature
- Clients may use the “Get Your Order Made Under 3 Minutes” feature for simple or recurring tasks, subject to task type and feasibility.
Task Scope and Realism
- Clients must avoid assigning unrealistic or impractical

Call Initiation Protocol
- If a client calls the CP without prior notice and the CP is unable to answer, the CP will not be held responsible.

TRAVEL BOOKING ASSISTANCE – Limitations of Liability
- The CP will advise that bookings be refundable whenever

Visa Assistance – Terms & Limitations
- The CP may support clients in preparing visa applications but holds no responsibility for failures or issues during the process.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for the client’s failure to provide complete documentation on the day of the appointment.
- The CP is not liable for rejection of online visa applications due to missing or incorrect documents.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for any visa rejection, regardless of the reason.
- The CP is not accountable for denial of entry or deportation due to visa- related issues.
- Delays in visa processing caused by consulates, embassies, or third parties are outside the CP’s responsibility.
- The CP will not be liable for client misconduct at visa offices or immigration
- Refer to General Liability Clause for the submission of fake or forged documents by the client.
- Attempts to bribe officials or misrepresent travel intentions are strictly prohibited, and the CP holds no responsibility for such acts.
- The CP will not be accountable if the client remains in a country beyond the authorized visa duration.
Calling Limitations and Communication Guidelines
- The CP may communicate with third parties on behalf of the client, subject to clear limitations and responsibilities.
- Each individual call made by the CP on behalf of the client will not exceed 10
- Clients may request no more than 50 calls per day through the CP
- All calls conducted by the CP on behalf of the client will be recorded for quality, compliance, and security purposes.
- If a recipient of a call uses abusive or inappropriate language, a formal warning will be issued.
- Continued abuse from a recipient may result in the immediate termination of the client’s membership.
- The CP will not engage in any communication involving illegal activities, including but not limited to betting, gambling facilitation, drug-related communications, financial fraud, or impersonation.
- Any illegal requests may lead to immediate membership cancellation and legal action, including filing a police complaint if the CP’s number is used
- The CP is not liable if the third party refuses to perform or accept the requested task.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the third party’s phone is switched off, unreachable, or on Do Not Disturb mode.
- The CP is not liable if the third party is uncooperative, unresponsive, or displays a negative attitude.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the third party fails to carry out the task as instructed.
- The CP is not accountable for communication breakdowns due to poor device quality or inaudible conversation on the third party’s end.
- The CP is not liable if the third party fails to understand the instruction despite multiple clarifications.
- The CP will not be responsible for strained or damaged relationships resulting from calls made on the client’s behalf.
- The CP holds no responsibility for vendor coordination failures, miscommunications, or failed deals.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for any rejections of tasks or deals during business negotiations where the CP acts solely as a facilitator.
- The CP will communicate only in English or No support is offered for other languages or dialects.
- If the third party cannot effectively communicate in English or Hindi, the CP will not proceed with the call.
- CP phone services may be temporarily unavailable due to network issues, device malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Clients are prohibited from requesting the CP to resolve personal
- Clients may not ask the CP to negotiate debt repayment extensions with
- Clients are not allowed to instruct the CP to buy, sell, or trade stocks or to engage in stock market activity via a broker.
- The CP will not negotiate or close business deals independently on the client’s behalf.

- If the CP misuses or communicates inappropriately with individuals whose contact information was provided by the client, Convitto shall not be held responsible or liable for such behaviour. The responsibility for maintaining professional and ethical communication lies solely with the CP.
Financial Research and General Research Services
- The CP may assist with basic research requests, including financial and market-related topics, within clear boundaries.
- The CP may provide general market insights and publicly available data on global financial markets.
- The CP does not provide in-depth or complex financial
- The CP does not conduct technical or fundamental analysis of stocks, crypto, or other assets.
- The CP does not offer personalized investment
- The CP will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by the client based on shared research or information.
- The CP will not provide non-public or insider information related to any company or financial institution.
- The CP will not recommend specific stocks, cryptocurrencies, mutual funds, or other financial instruments.
- Upon request, the CP may provide a curated list of brokers or platforms, but assumes no liability for their conduct, performance, or any client losses.
- The CP may maintain a library of educational playlists or videos (e.g., via YouTube) related to general skills or knowledge areas.
- The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of content; the CP is not liable for any inaccuracies or misleading information found in these
- If the client voluntarily discloses personal financial information, the CP holds no responsibility for consequences arising from such disclosures.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for any involvement in price manipulation, tax evasion, fraudulent financial activities, or money laundering by the client.

- The CP will not engage in or support any betting or gambling-related

Hotel Bookings and Accommodation Disclaimer
The (CP) may assist with hotel bookings and related travel arrangements; however, the Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for the conduct of third parties or outcomes beyond the scope of assistance. The following limitations apply:
- The CP shall not be held liable for any illegal activity conducted by the client within the hotel premises.
- If a police raid occurs at the hotel and the client is arrested, the Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence..
- The CP shall not be held liable if the client is found in possession of intoxicating, illegal, or obscene substances during their stay or at the time of
- Any theft, vandalism, or damage caused by the client to hotel property is solely the client’s responsibility.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for any misconduct by the client towards hotel staff or guests.
- If the hotel cancels the booking for any reason, the CP is not liable for the consequences or losses incurred.

- The CP is not liable if the client is dissatisfied with the quality of service, cleanliness, or overall hotel experience.

- The CP is not liable if surveillance devices (e.g., cameras) are found in the

- The CP shall not be held liable if electronic appliances in the room do not function properly.

- The CP is not liable if the room is dirty, unhygienic, or contains pests or

Restaurant Booking Disclaimer
While the (CP) may assist with restaurant reservations and related coordination, the Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third- party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence.
for the services or conduct of the restaurant, its staff, or any outcomes arising from the client’s dining experience. The following limitations apply:
- The CP shall not be held liable if the restaurant serves food of unsatisfactory

- The CP is not liable if the restaurant staff behaves inappropriately or unprofessionally with the client.
- The CP shall not be held liable if the client misbehaves with the restaurant

- The CP is not liable if the restaurant does not honor the reservation or rejects the booking.
- The CP shall not be held liable if the restaurant allocates the client’s table to another party, even if reserved in advance.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the client brings fewer or more guests than booked, resulting in a cancellation or change in table size.
- The CP is not liable if the client or their companion(s) are denied entry due to age restrictions or dress code policies.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the restaurant is unable to fulfill specific arrangements or special requests discussed earlier.
- The CP shall not be held liable if the restaurant fails to issue a bill for the

Self-Employment Service Appointments Disclaimer (Doctors, Lawyers, Cas, Etc.)
The (CP) may assist clients in scheduling appointments with self- employed professionals such as doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants (CAs), and similar service providers. However, the CP serves solely as a facilitator and holds no responsibility for the quality of service, outcomes, or interactions between the client and such professionals. The following disclaimers apply:
- The CP is not liable if the professional cancels the scheduled
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the client arrives late and misses the appointment.
- The CP shall not be held liable if the professional leaves early, preventing the client from meeting them.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the professional is unable to resolve the client’s issue, including but not limited to failure to cure a medical condition, resolve a legal matter, or offer accurate financial guidance.
- The CP shall not be held responsible for incorrect diagnoses, wrong medications, or worsening of a medical condition, including fatal
- The CP is not liable for legal or tax consequences caused by inaccurate advice, negligence, or misconduct of a lawyer or CA, including tax penalties, audits, or raids.
- Refer to General Liability Clause for overcharging or fee discrepancies by the professional compared to prior estimates.
- The CP is not liable for any punitive or legal outcomes experienced by the client due to the actions or decisions made by the engaged professional.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the client misbehaves with or disrespects the doctor, lawyer, CA, or other professionals.
- The CP is not liable if the professional misbehaves with the client, including instances of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unprofessional
- The CP shall not be held responsible if any illegal activity is conducted by either the client or the professional, or if they collaborate in any unlawful behavior, including but not limited to fake medical certificates or unethical tax-saving strategies.
- The CP is not liable if the client is a repeated offender or engages in persistent non-compliant behavior.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the client refuses to pay the service fee after the appointment.
- The CP assumes no responsibility if the client contracts any illness while visiting a medical facility.
- Refer to General Liability Clause if the environment at the professional’s office contributes to health or safety risks.
Convitto Precautions Disclaimer
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the (CP) misbehaves with the client.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any misuse of personal information shared by the client, whether by the CP or another party.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the client is found to be involved in criminal activity.
- Convitto holds no responsibility if the client provides inaccurate or false information, or fails to share their true identity.
- Convitto is not liable if any illegal activities are carried out by the client and CP together.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any fraudulent activities conducted by either the CP or the
- Convitto is not liable if the CP engages in unethical behavior, such as abusing the client, or sharing client contact details with third parties without

- Convitto is not liable if the client urges the CP to engage in fraudulent behavior or illegal activities, such as procuring intoxicating substances or making illegal arrangements.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the client misbehaves with the CP or if the CP misbehaves with the client.
- Convitto holds no responsibility for misunderstandings or mishaps arising from the use of the CP’s personal phone number or from any resulting
- Convitto is not liable if the client requests illegal substances, engages in illegal activities, or causes any damages while the CP is serving them.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any financial loss or other significant losses that occur due to services provided by the CP.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the CP behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, or misrepresents services.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the CP places an offensive caller tune, particularly any religious or offensive content.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any conflicts or disputes arising between the client and the CP, or if the CP is instructed to act in a manner outside the scope of their agreed duties.
- In the event that a househelp provided by Convenience partner (CP) is found to have committed theft or any other unlawful activity at the client’s premises,
- Convitto shall not be held liable. Clients are advised to take necessary precautions and report any such incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- All third-party bookings are made strictly based on the client’s instructions. CPs do not act as agents or representatives of any third party and shall not enter into
- binding agreements on behalf of clients.
- CPs are engaged as independent service contractors. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Convitto.
- Convitto reserves the right to report any illegal conduct or unlawful requests to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
- Convitto disclaims liability for actions taken by CPs outside the scope of their assigned duties. Verified incidents of misconduct will be subject to investigation, and disciplinary/legal action will be taken as necessary.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal
- Convitto shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform its services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, power outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Convitto will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as possible.
- Convitto’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the subscription fees paid by the client for one month. Under no circumstances shall Convitto be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Uber Bookings Disclaimer
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the Uber ride is delayed, or if the client arrives late and misses the ride.
- Convitto is not liable if the Uber driver takes the client to the wrong location or behaves inappropriately.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the Uber driver charges the client extra fees or refuses to provide certain amenities, such as air conditioning.
- Convitto is not liable if the Uber driver cancels the ride at the last moment or if there are any issues with the Uber driver’s professionalism (e.g., rudeness, reckless driving, failure to follow safety protocols, etc.).
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for accidents or injuries occurring during the Uber ride.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any items left behind in the Uber vehicle or if the Uber driver fails to return them.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the Uber driver has poor driving habits, such as road rage, or if the client and driver have a dispute over personal topics (e.g., political or religious discussions).
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the Uber driver does not meet the dress code or if the car is dirty or malfunctions during the ride.
- Convitto is not liable if the client is involved in illegal activities such as carrying or using intoxicating substances during the ride.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. for any conflict between the client and the Uber driver, including situations where the client misbehaves or steals from the vehicle.
- Convitto is not liable for any damages caused by the client to the Uber
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the client causes a disturbance, such as forcing the driver for a positive rating, or engaging in reckless or unsafe behavior during the ride.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the Uber driver is intoxicated, does not follow safety measures, or takes the client off-route for personal reasons.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the client fails to wear a helmet on a bike ride or causes damage to the Uber vehicle.
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the client uses the Uber service improperly, including booking multiple rides simultaneously, carrying more passengers than permitted, or engaging in illegal activities.
Swiggy Genie And Courier Services Disclaimer
Product Handling and Delivery
- Convitto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by law or due to proven gross negligence. if the rider steals or damages the product during delivery.
- Convitto is not liable if the rider reaches the location late or delivers to the wrong address.

- The client may request the CP to track their order no more than twice per

Appointment Management Disclaimer

Reminder Calls And Notifications
Call Duration and Reminder Limits

Product Returns and Delivery Issues

Convitto – Client Terms of Use and Service Limitations
To ensure efficient, fair, and safe service delivery, the following guidelines and limitations apply to all clients engaging with Convitto’s Convenience partner (CP) services. By using our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
Nature of the Service
- This service is intended exclusively for the individual client who has subscribed. It is non-transferable and may not be used by or on behalf of any third party.
- CPs may serve multiple clients at As a result, task execution may be delayed in some cases.
- CPs serve clients on a first-come, first-served Clients are expected to assign tasks accordingly.

- The CP may be assigned to serve multiple clients simultaneously, which may occasionally result in delays. In such cases, the CP is expected to communicate proactively with the client and provide a reasonable estimate of the time required to complete the assigned tasks.

Responsibilities and Limitations

- Customers must not make any payments to the Convenience partner (CP) through any online or offline channels. In the event that a customer chooses to do so, it will be entirely at their own risk. Convitto shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss or dispute arising from such transactions.
- This service is intended exclusively for the registered customer. Any unauthorized use by individuals other than the registered customer is strictly prohibited. If such misuse is detected, Convitto reserves the right to impose penalties and/or terminate the membership without prior notice.
- In the event that a customer cancels an order, a cancellation penalty will be applicable. The customer is required to pay this penalty to Convitto immediately upon cancellation.
- The customer is advised not to share any crucial or sensitive data with the Convenience partner (CP). In the event that the customer chooses to provide such information, it shall be done at their own risk. Convitto shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling of such data
- The customer acknowledges that the Convenience partner (CP) may be serving multiple clients simultaneously and agrees to respect this arrangement.
- The Convenience partner (CP) will first confirm the customer’s food preferences and intended order via food delivery applications. The CP will then provide the customer with the final bill, inclusive of all applicable discounts, and seek explicit reconfirmation before placing the order. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This policy is in place because order cancellations make it extremely difficult for Convitto to recover the amount and may result in service restrictions or bans on food delivery platforms.
- Customers are strictly prohibited from offering additional payment or incentives to Convenience partner (CP) in exchange for services outside of Convitto’s supervision. Any such attempt will be considered a violation of policy and may result in termination of service.
- If a customer travels abroad, they may communicate with the CP only via WhatsApp calls. During such periods, certain features and services may be limited due to time zone differences or operational constraints.
- If any customer attempts to directly engage or poach the Convenience Partner by offering additional compensation for tasks outside the scope and knowledge of Convitto, strict action shall be taken. Such actions may result in immediate cancellation of the customer’s membership without refund.
- If any customer attempts to poach the Convenience Partner, strict action shall be taken, which may include immediate cancellation of their membership.
- If the Convenience Partner solicits any form of personal favor, gift, or benefit from the customer, Convitto shall not be held responsible or liable for such actions, as they fall outside the scope of the company’s authorized conduct.
- If a customer requests any task that falls outside the defined feature list of Convitto, the Convenience Partner (CP) reserves the right to politely refuse such work.
- If any customer requests or suggests that a CP join their firm, business, or organization in any formal or informal capacity, it will be treated as a serious breach of our service terms.If the CP provides proof in the form of a screenshot or message showing such a request, strict action shall be taken against the customer, which may include termination of membership without refund or prior notice.
- Convitto offers a one-day free trial during which the client may avail all services from the assigned Convenience Partner (CP) at no cost. However, if the client chooses not to subscribe after the trial, they are strictly prohibited from contacting or engaging the CP for any further assistance. Any attempt to do so will be
considered a serious violation of our policy and may lead to strict action, including blacklisting or legal recourse.
- Convitto maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior toward its Convenience Partners (CPs). If a customer is found to have behaved inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in any manner that makes the CP uncomfortable, Convitto reserves the right to immediately cancel the customer’s membership without refund or further notice.
- If the customer is travelling abroad, the Convenience Partner will communicate exclusively via WhatsApp, including messages and calls, and will continue to operate as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Customers must maintain professional conduct and may not request the CP to perform any inappropriate, irrelevant, or personal tasks that fall outside the scope of the agreed- upon services. Additionally, customers are not allowed to assign work that belongs to or is intended for other individuals.
- We strictly advise and warn all customers not to share any form of account credentials, passwords, or provide access to the CP across any digital platforms, websites, or applications. Convitto will not be liable for any misuse, loss, or damage arising from the sharing of such sensitive information.
Privacy and Data Handling
- Any data provided by the client will only be used for task execution and future reference.
- Convitto and its CPs will never sell or share client data with third-party

- The Convenience Partner is contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information. Any breach of this obligation will result in immediate termination. The Company also reserves the right to pursue legal action for any such breach.
- CPs may record client calls for quality control, safety, and training purposes.
- By using Convitto’s services, the client consents to call recordings for quality and safety purposes.CPs will only use client data within the scope of service provision and for no other purpose.
- Convitto reserves the right to report any illegal request or activity to law enforcement as required under applicable law.
- The client must not provide the CP with any form of crucial information and if they provide it then convitto shall not be held responsible
- The Convenience Partner (CP) may retain non-sensitive and non-personally identifiable data solely for internal training and performance improvement purposes. Under no circumstances shall the CP store, share, or use any client’s personal, confidential, or sensitive information for any unauthorized or commercial purpose.
- The client acknowledges that Convitto’s sales or support team may require more than one hour or even more than one business day to address and resolve
- certain queries or issues, depending on the nature and complexity of the concern. Clients are requested to cooperate patiently and maintain professionalism during the resolution process.
Content and Copyright
- CPs may share sponsored content or YouTube videos as part of the service
- Convitto is not liable if any shared YouTube video or external content is removed or restricted due to copyright issues.
Refund and Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions are strictly non-transferable and intended solely for the subscribing individual.
- Refunds are only applicable within the first two days of the first week of the initial membership month.
- No refunds will be granted outside this limited
- In the event that the Convenience partner (CP) is absent for a day, the missed service will be compensated by extending the service for an additional day at the end of the membership tenure for that particular month.
- If a Convenience partner (CP) is absent for more than three consecutive days, the remaining duration of the membership tenure shall be served by a
- replacement CP. Additionally, the three missed days will be compensated at the end of the membership cycle.
- The customer has the option to request a change of CP within the first 2 days of service commencement. If no such request is made within this period, the
- assigned CP will remain fixed for the remainder of the monthly membership cycle.
Task Limitations (Daily Cap per Client)
To ensure fairness and balanced service delivery, clients are expected to adhere to the following daily limits:
- Up to 15 scheduling requests
- Up to 6 online food orders
- Up to 8 online grocery orders
- Up to 5 news articles forwarded
- Up to 20 YouTube videos shared
- Up to 6 email drafts
- Up to 6 flight bookings
- Up to 10 client-initiated calls
- Up to 6 cab bookings
- Up to 6 information gathering tasks
- Research shall be done as much as possible in that day
- Bookings shall be made only for the client
- Up to 10 reminders
Client Conduct and Eligibility
- Clients must not request their CP to serve anyone other than The CP has the right to decline such requests.
- Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward the CP may result in service suspension or termination.
- If a service failure occurs or a client grievance is justified, compensation will be limited to the total monthly subscription amount paid.
- The customer shall not contact or disturb the Convenience Partner outside of the designated service hours, including before the commencement or after the conclusion of the scheduled service period.
General Liability Clause
Convitto and its Convenience Partners (CPs) shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages, except where mandated by applicable law or where damages result from proven gross negligence directly attributable to the CP. Clients are responsible for verifying all third-party services. This clause applies to all categories of service unless explicitly stated otherwise.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE FUTURE. CLIENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ANY MATERIAL POLICY CHANGES.
